As an EBD enrolled contractor or installer, you would have the opportunity to work on a variety of residential building types in Central California and to deliver home energy upgrades that include heating and cooling, insulation and air sealing, appliances and water heating, lighting and indoor air quality improvements, and electrical wiring.

The EBD Program in the Central Region is administered by the Center for Sustainable Energy with Franklin Energy providing home energy assessments and leading the installation of energy-efficient electric appliances and equipment for low-income households.
