- Proof of income eligibility – visit the Get a Free Home Checkup page to see the list of qualifying programs
- Proof of residence
To apply for the EBD Program, start by using the Eligibility Calculator.
Enter your home address and ZIP code to confirm property eligibility. If eligible, an income table will appear—compare your household size and annual income to see if you qualify.
If you meet both requirements, you will be prompted to continue to Franklin Energy's application portal to complete your submission.
Franklin Energy will follow up to schedule your assessment.
